    • Working Jay made selling our house as simple a process as selling a house can be. He knows the market, the system, and the order of what has to happen when.     • The most important thing when making some of the biggest decisions in your life is to build a team of people surrounding you that are trustworthy and honest. Jay is one of those people. My wife and I have known Jay for some time and knew that when we were ready to buy our first house, we wanted Jay. He did not disappoint. Jay was in constant communication and was honest when needed, but always encouraging and forward thinking. We ended up with purchasing the second home we saw, but not right away. We weren't sure, and to be honest, we were a little anxious. Jay took us to see other homes that met our criteria, and when they just didn't feel right, he didn't get frustrated with us. He kept saying that he would look as long and hard as he could to ensure that we felt like we were making the right decision. When we finally went back to the home that we had seen early on, Jay was excited, not to close a deal, but because he saw that we had found a place we were excited to call our own.Through the purchasing process, Jay represented who we were. We were not looking to fight over a house. We wanted a merging of what we could do, what the seller wanted, and what was consistent with the market. Jay delivered on all counts and helped us connect with the seller personally which helped tremendously through the closing process.
