My colleague and I were tasked with the job of selling a home in Jeff and Stephanie's area. We live in the Midwest so had no contacts in Fallbrook. We reached out to a number of top-rated real estate agents we found listed online, and Jeff immediately got back to us. Based on the information he provided us and the excellent reviews the Basts have received we made an appointment to meet with him when we flew into Southern California. Our experience from that point on was nothing but good. He took care of all the details we were concerned about handling from afar, gave us regular updates on what was happening after we left, and delivered on everything he promised. Working with Jeff totally eliminated the stress of the unknown. It is a pleasure to recommend him to others based on our experience!

This was our second experience having Jeff Bast sell a home for us. The first was 13 years ago and we were so impressed that we decided to use him again. Jeff is a very efficient and competent broker who will be up front and honest with you. He makes things happen and handles all the details promptly. Stephanie & Jeff Bast are excellent real estate agents that I recently used as the listing agents to sell my home. Jeff and Stephanie were awesome! So professional, always took our phone calls, or called back promptly! We needed to do some painting and replacing carpet before we listed. Jeff had people he used, so we could get them in quickly and inexpensively. These two really knew what they were doing! So prepared! We had moved out, so Stephanie even brought some things in to stage the house. They had an open house every weekend until our house sold, which was quite quickly. I would use them again in a hearbeat, and actually found out that I have an acquaintance who has used them 3 time in the last several years. I can't say enough about how great they are. I'm grateful!

The Jeff and Stephanie Bast team were nothing short of amazing. We personally dealt with Stephanie through the entire process of purchasing our first home. After taking her time to understand our wants and needs, Stephanie prepared a booklet of homes we were going to tour. They were all beautiful homes that met our expectations for the most part. This is not my first home buying experience. However, it was my first experience with Jeff and Steph. The Team they have put together is fantastic. I received nothing but support from Jeff and Steph. If Jeff was not available, Steph was right there. They put together a daily packet of info when we went out looking that was very helpful. I did not suffer from the "oh did I pay too much" thing. I feel great about my deal and about my new home. I will always use them as my realtors, Period. Even after my house closed I was getting support and advice. All the little things were taken care of.
