Was a 1st time home buyer and looking between building or purchasing. I had spend 2-3 years looking and went through other Realtors, but Jeff stuck with me. He worked with me in detail on both options and was very patient and understanding during the full process. I ended up finding a lot that Jeff helped me purchase. I was then able to build and am very happy at this time in my new home. I would definitely call Jeff if I were to move and would recommend to anyone who was looking for a Realtor.

I relocated from the midwest and Jeff helped me buy a home with only one week to look. He worked up a list of properties a week prior, I ranked them and when I arrived in town he had them all in his GPS and we looked at each one in, approximately, the order that I ranked them. I found Jeff as one the best real estate agents that I have dealt with in the past (and I have spoken to quite a few). If you are looking for an agent who knows what they are talking about, then Jeff is your guy. He is qualified for what he does and has very good knowledge of this area (certainly a lot more than what the average agent knows these days). I recognize real estate is a complex market with a lot of little yet important details, but it really frustrates me when you ask an agent a question and they start rambling around the real answer, simply because they either dont know the answer, or they dont want to say it because it may hurt their interest in signing the deal. Jeff on the other hand is professional, straightforward and to the point. He also understood our needs very well. If you are a busy individual with many things to multitask, and home finding is just one of the many tasks, and you dont want to waste time and also get a top quality service, then my advice would be to simply hand your file over to Jeff. Dont waste your time with other agents.

Jeff was great! If the three agencies we interviewed for the position of our real estate agent, Jeff's communication style, easy personality, honesty and patience really won us over the competition. Throughout the process Jeff was on hand to answer any questions. He recommended various tradesmen to help with estimates and was extremely knowledgeable on what to look for in an inspection. He really steered us away from some bad homes. When you are looking at how pretty the fireplace is or how nice the kitchen looks Jeff is in the attic and basement checking electric and drainage, etc. He was so patient with us and worked with us to find our perfect Craftsman home in a market when there were none available. He was a great negotiator and kept us calm through the offer and counter offer process. He helped us to see the potential in our home, and we love it even more now! (Jeff, we took down all that horrible wall paper and carpeting, painted and put up crown. Next is refinishing the stairs, floors, and getting the fireplace working again. We love it!!) We couldn't be happier with our home search, and as first time buyers Jeff made the whole thing seem easy! Hopefully we won't be needing his services for a very long time but we would definitely recommend him to any one of our friends and family. If you haven't chosen a realtor yet, give him a call! Jeff is not just a realtor, he is his client's total advocate. Jeff follows through on all of his commitments in a timely manner. He is incredibly respectful of his client's time. Jeff is awesome. Not only is he a great realtor, but an even better person. He helped us sell our old home and buy our new home. He is very genuine and often went the extra mile on numerous occasions in fixing items at our old house to get it ready for showing and also fix things at our new house when we moved in and weren't sure how to fix. His understanding of many different repair items was VERY helpful as I am not very handy. He is one of the hardest workers I have ever met.
