Caren and Jennifer are fantastic realtors. They were patient with us as we looked for our perfect home in this crazy SF market. Eventually, we found exactly what we were looking for thanks to their expertise. They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and fun. They helped us stay calm through a rather tricky closing with a nervous seller and in the end, helped us get a home we love! I would absolutely work with them again on either side of the real estate market.

5 stars - If there was a sixth star, I'd use it! I've worked with Jennifer, Carren, and Earl to buy two homes in San Francisco. They bring awesome experience and an awesome approach to the entire end-to-end process of getting you in to home (and making sure you're really happy with it). Everything from getting to know neighborhoods, understanding the market, advice on working with banks, making offers, price negotiations, and who to call if you need something fixed down the road. They are wonderfully fun, patient, and responsive folks - but very sharp and tough business people when it comes to representing their client's interests. Throughout our whole time together, I always felt their #1 goal was to do whatever it took - for as long as it took - to get me into a house I was happy with (never just to close a deal and get it done). If I buy another home, I'll be going straight to Jennifer and Carren to help me do it.

The Shagley team did a wonderful job helping us sell our home. I can't imagine the selling process going any more smoothly. The Shagley's have a great team working for them who whipped our house into shape for selling in just a couple short weeks. Every part of the process was completed right on schedule--from listing, to staging, to the close of escrow. Plus, they were extremely fast in responding to all our communications, and quickly and efficiently dealt with any minor snag we came across. Also, the final selling price surpassed our expectations, which was also a nice bonus. :-) For a worry-free selling experience, I highly recommend the Shagley team!

They know what to do, to best show a property and they worked extremely hard every weekend for open houses and every Tuesday for Realtor Tours. The transition from showing to selling to escrow and closing was seamless. I also relied on them for the staging, the minor repairs and painting and the actual moving of my furniture.
