Working with Jennifer was great. She helped us every step of the way. When there was an unforeseen leak, causing water damage the day before closing, she called immediately for an estimate and negotiated having it paid for by the seller in time for the closing. She helped us with the after-the-sale-needs, like links for water and power hook-ups as well since we are new to the area. I would highly recommend her.

Jennifer was the absolute nightmare to deal with. Not only is she a bad communicator who has failed to properly advise and inform the seller of various steps in the process, and is responsible for the delay in closing but on top of her lack of skills as a realtor she is also an erratic, disorganized, rude individual to have to negotiate with. She has failed to respond to phone calls, leave the final keys, remove the posting to pending as she continued to show the place for 3-4 weeks in the process, refused us a final walkthru (finally “allowed” us to do so after many attempts to reach her). Very unprofessional, epitome of bad realtors who managed to somehow obtain the license. Do not hire her to sell and if you like the place you’re trying to buy make sure you love the place because dealing with her will test your patience and boundaries.
