Jennifer Tackney

Jennifer was born and raised in Southern California. She spent her adolescence living in Laguna Beach and that’s where her love for real estate and architecture began. Surrounded by custom ocean front homes, she fell in love with the idea of real estate as an investment. With a background in sales and customer service, Jen worked in the mortgage industry before getting her real estate license in 2003. When the housing market turned to foreclosures and shortsales, Jen joined her husband with house flipping, working behind the scenes as the negotiator and handling the paperwork of each transaction. In a little over five years, Jen touched close to 300 homes. Jen’s myriad of experience has led her to successfully be a dominant agent in the Garden Grove community, as well as Co-Owner of GMT Real Estate and the Team Lead of Team Tackney. Jen truly has a passion for being a matchmaker, of both people and homes. In her spare time, Jennifer is the mom of three little kids and loves to craft. She also loves working on personal growth and inspiring others to do the same
