Jeremy did an awesome job selling our house! He got us top dollar for house and the whole process was very smooth. He also found us an amazing deal on our next house! Mr. Griffin is very professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and patient. He was always there for us to answer our inquiries. I was surprised at the negotiating skills that he has, he worked a very good deal for us with the closing costs. Instead of us paying at the closing table, we received a check for $618. Our earnest money and some other fees covered everything. Also, I am very grateful of how he accommodated his schedule to ours since my husband and I have full-time jobs and very limited time.
