We worked with Jerry Urwin to sell our home in PC. We had interviewed several realtors in PC. Jerry was the only one we interviewed with a strong financial background and education needed to get a deal completed without issues. The transition was as smooth as we could expect given issues on the buyers side. Urwin exceeds in understanding the current market, contracts and closing documents; marketing a property; communication and availability; and completing a deal. Lastly, Urwin enjoys being a realtor and working for his client.

Jerry helped me find and purchase a vacation condo in Park City, Ut. I live in Texas so everything had to be done remotely. First we looked at a bunch of possibilities and with Jerry's expert knowledge of the area I was able to hone in on the type places I really wanted to purchase at my price point. Jerry really came through when it was time to make the deal. An ideal property came on the market on Thursday and we had an offer submitted by Saturday afternoon. Jerry Urwin has been diligently working with me for the past eight months on leading and purchasing a condo on the East Bench in Salt Lake City. Jerry has been an absolute godsend. The minute I starting thinking about selling, I called him for advice about timing, price, etc. He took my situation (timing, goals, expectations) into account, then was honest, thoughtful, and patient as I made my decision. Once I decided to sell, Jerry was fantastic and on the ball. From decision to a live listing with professional photos (versus the terrible iPhone photos you see so many agents using!), took less than a week, including an open house scheduled and advertised within 5 days of going live on the MLS. Throughout that process, Jerry kept me up to date with everything that happened from scheduling showings, providing feedback, and ultimately through the process of getting under contract within 3 days and at full ask. You should be noticing a theme here, but once the place was under contract, Jerry didnt disappear. Instead, he was in constant contact, and worked closely with the appraiser to ensure nothing went wrong. Thanks to his diligence, my place was the only unit of three in my building to appraise! Before this process was even complete, I had recommended Jerry to a friend. That friend listed with Jerry in short order and is also under contract already.
