Absolutely worst real-estate agent I have dealt with. Very unprofessional in dealing with housing matters and showing customers their options. Does not answer his email or messages so its impossible to get in contact. I have had years of experience in dealing with real-estate agents and he's the worst. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Joel Berman is the absolute worst real estate agent I have ever dealt with. He is rude and selfish and his entire modus operandi is to maximize his profit at any cost. He absolutely does not care about the needs of his clients. My interaction with him was a multi party lease agreement. When COVID 19 hit I was no longer able to move into the place that we rented as a group (lease starting in June 2020). I told him way before the lease even started and we were able to find someone to replace me. I never moved in, so there were no damages that he could claim or any loss in rental income for him. When I requested my security deposit back (after making the change on the lease agreement) he never even answered my emails. He just pocketed my security deposit for no reason. I am thinking about taking him to small claims court. Joel Berman has no ethics and really deserves zero stars. The absolute worst. Avoid at all cost!

Like all of the other reviews, this guy is the crummiest guy of all time. I had to deal with him for two years and he is slimy slimy guy. Preys on the young and inexperienced renters and homeowners. Never responds to messages, he is the gum on my shoe. I have never once wrote a review for a business or an individual for that matter and this guy is my very first. He is a crook and a thief.
