We bought our first home with him over twenty years ago and he's stayed in touch with us ever since. He knows San Diego like the back of his hand. We gave John our list of likes and dislikes and he found us wonderful homes to choose from. We decided to sell our house this past month and couldn't have been happier with his service. We are out of state, and John told us to relax as he would take care of everything. The house needed some landscaping work and some interior handyman work. He has a long list of service providers that he can use to get your home in top shape to get the best price. We will continue to use John's services for our every real estate need. We looked at various areas and he advised me what was best to purchase.. He had contacts to help with finding a loan and even vendors to help with remodeling.
