My mother ran into Jordan at an open house and recommended him to us when we moved here from Ohio.Each time we went house hunting, Jordan meticulously prepared a list of houses to visit. He also worked in houses that we found online ourselves. We quickly realized that he has an excellent sense of humor and is fun to be around. The process became enjoyable! Jordan excelled at pointing out the strengths and weaknesses of homes we visited. In addition he has deep market knowledge which was a good thing as we were new to the area.Another good thing about Jordan is that hes a numbers guy. Lots of agents can help you pick a house but only the best ones can provide dispassionate market advice.We ended up purchasing a short sale which complicated everything. Jordan masked us from a lot of these complications but was great at explaining these complexities when we wanted to know more. This made a potentially stressful and confusing process tolerable. We hit quite a few speed bumps on the way to closing the sale but Jordan patiently worked through all the issues.Overall we were very happy with Jordans service and I would highly recommend him to others!

My wife and I were first time home buyers so we were looking for a Real Estate agent who would explain things for us while going through the process of buying our first place. Additionally, we needed someone who was able to provide us with guidance and strategy every step of the way. Jordan was referred to us by one of his colleagues, since we were also looking for an agent who also spoke Spanish (so my wife could have things explained in her native language). Jordan fit the bill perfectly!At our first meeting, we were impressed by his professionalism, and preparation as he explained the RE market in our Orange County areas of interest. And his proficiency with showing/explaining the "numbers" made me feel like he knew the market well. At that first meeting, he drove us around to several places and I noticed how well prepared he had made the visit. Our time together was efficient and informative.A couple of weeks later, we found a place that we liked enough to place an offer on. Jordan walked us through this initial stage. And - almost to our surpise - our offer was accepted! Jordan and his staff (Michele) provided us with a straightforward "list" of tasks for closing escrow and guided us every step of the way. When necessary, Jordan was our advocate and negotiator, especially when we requested some repairs to be made by the seller. He truly represented our interests!We finally did close and now are proud owners of our own place. I cannot say enough about Jordan and his team, They are phenomenal! For months, I had my place up for sale, the former agent did little to nothing to promote it, no open house or follow-up with the only three people who came to see the place. I thought that my place was not marketable as it was a 2/1 condo; so, I gave up and pull my place off market due to my frustration with the former agents performance. A few days later one of my friends encourage me not to give up on the sale and highly recommended Jordan. We spoke over the phone before I met him. The day of our meeting he provided me with comps from my complex and from other complex in the area. These comps did not come in Black n white loose sheets of paper (of course not he is a Professional) they were in binders and in color. He explained a strategy to make the place marketable again. Lo and behold his strategy worked like magic! In less than a week I had multiple offers and I mean multiple offers above asking price. It was hard to decide which offer to take. During the process of selecting offers Jordan was on his out of the country vacation. YES, while on vacation he called the prospective buyers, follow up with them and he kept in touch with me and his team to make sure we had the right buyer. This is what I call a hard working dedicated Professional. Without a doubt, I do recommend Jordan and his team. He is a one of a kind in the Real Estate business. Call him, you wont regret it.

We wanted a high volume real estate professional who understood the market and could coach us through the deal. The house was a 3,300 square foot home, the larger model in the tract. Jordan helped us get the house ready for sale with his team and support from other professionals. The staging and pictures of the property were amazing; he helped us gain curb appeal and create the right kind of internal space that was neutral, but still beautiful. We didnt realize how stressful the process was, and he helped us a lot in the process, and coaching us all the way. Above all, Jordan is honest, shows up on time, does what he says he will do when he says he will do it. We built a high level of trust in our relationship.

You could not ask for a better team to guide you through the often frustrating world of real estate transactions. I worked with Jordan and his team in two separate occasions: Once to buy a house in Mission Viejo, and again to sell that same house (3 years later). Like many people, I was at first skeptical about giving thousands of dollars to a realtor. I figured I could find a house in zillow and bid myself (to buy) and use an online service to sell. But after going through both experiences, I am happy I enlisted the help of Jordan. When I was buying, I was going to bid $10K above listing price to make sure we would get the house. He recommended that instead we bid at list price, and then up the offer if needed. That saved me $10K, as we got the house without the need to re-bid. Then, when selling, we sold the house in less than a month, and above asking price. We got together one day, and within 72 hours, I had a professional photographer and a staging consultant, all part of his services. I was truly impressed. Overall, a great experience that saved me lots of money.
