Working with Katrina was truly a pleasure. Whenever I first got in touch with her I wasn't exactly sure what I was looking for, however Katrina was more than happy to work with me as I refined my search. Throughout the entire process she was more than willing to accommodate my schedule even if it meant viewings on evenings and weekends.Once I was finally ready to make an offer, Katrina continued to be extremely helpful and responsive. Being a first time home buyer, I was unsure what to expect, but Katrina made things easy by clearly explaining all the details and providing great recommendations for mortgage lenders, home inspectors, etc. as well as doing a great job representing me in my negotiations. Overall my process went off without a hitch, and I attribute that mostly to Katrina. I couldn't be happier with my experience, and I would highly recommend Katrina to anyone looking to buy a home.

I really can't even describe how happy I am that I ended up finding Katrina to work with. From beginning to end, she was fantastic. I have a very hectic work schedule, and she was always so willing to work with me on showing times. I also had a very specific type of house in mind that I wanted to purchase, and Katrina really put in a lot of effort in finding houses she thought would be a good fit for me. After months of searching, she found the perfect house and I couldn't be happier. I will absolutely work with Katrina again in the future.

My experience with Katrina was wonderful. I told her when we started to work together that I would not be an easy customer. Not only did she exceed my expectations, she also made the whole experience a lot easier than I anticipated. When I was interested in a house and they took it off the market, she didn't give up on the area for me. She went above and beyond and wrote a letter to similar owners of houses that I was interested in. Someone responded and I purchased a house that was better than the one that I was interested in. I would highly recommend her to anyone that is looking to buy or sell any property.

I found Katrina on accident during my search for houses. I chose her because her name is similar to mine (one letter off!), but it was the luckiest break of my entire house-hunting adventure!Katrina was ALWAYS on time and worked with my schedule to check out up to four houses at any given time.She was patient with me (this is my first house) and explained everything I would need to do/complete in great detail. She answered all of my "dumb" questions in a timely manner, and was great to work with because she is honest and trustworthy. She is very professional, but kept the mood light and we connected well. Everyone told me that buying a house was stressful; true, the paperwork was a pain, but finding my first home was a piece of cake thanks to Katrina! When I found the house I wanted, Katrina put in my offer and negotiated well with the seller's agent. I cannot recommend her enough for all her time, effort and attention paid to me during the entire process. Her thoughtfulness, understanding and patience were invaluable to my experience.

I worked with Katrina to sell my home in Penn Hills. I was very nervous about meeting with her, and wasn't sure what the expect. This was the first home I was selling and I was moving out of state. Katrina was able to answer all of my questions about how to buy and sell a house at the same time, gave me resources to look at for my mortgage on my new house, and lots of helpful advice on how to make my home more attractive to buyers. When I felt discouraged or overwhelmed about the process, she encouraged and reassured me. She is able to very clearly communicate with buyers and sellers and is great at presenting different options and making recommendations. She got back to me quickly when I had questions or needed advice. And, even though she didn't stand to make a large commission off the sale of my house, I felt like she made selling my house a priority to her and pursued all avenues to get my house sold. I was living out-of-state when my house sold, and Katrina handled everything so that I did not need to be at the closing. I recommended her to all of my friends without reservation. If you're buying or selling a house, I'd say look no further than Katrina Charles!
