Well, Keith Goodman did it again. He sold another house for us. Only this time he helped us to buy our dream home in Oceanside, Ca. at the same time. As in the past, he worked very hard to be sure all the elements of the sale and purchase were on schedule. He qualified the buyer in advance so that we felt confident that we had a solid offer. We sold our house for full price in this market. He held multiple open house and had lots of showings so the house got great exposure.
