I cannot say enough about Kim! From the moment I first reached out to her, she was super responsive, incredibly knowledgeable, really supportive (selling a home can be emotional!), and totally dialed in to what I wanted and needed as a seller. We were in and out of contract a couple of times (through no fault of Kim's) and she was right there with me as we navigated the selling process together. If you want a realtor who will get back to you in no time, will explain everything simply and in a straightforward manner (no skirting issues with Kim!), who knows her job and the real estate market inside and out, and who will work day and night (seriously- she was willing to meet service professionals at my house at 8pm because I was at work and we were in the inspection period) to make sure you find the perfect home or sell your home for you, call Kim. I have referred friends and colleagues to Kim and will continue to do so. She is a rockstar and anyone would be lucky to get to use her as their realtor. Here's some of the highlights that stand out:- Kim treated me as though I were family. She was unfailingly friendly, easy going and warm. That makes a difference when you're negotiating and want someone who is totally invested in your well-being.- Kim was able to quickly and thoroughly respond to any real estate question I had for her. I learned so much during this process as a result of her knowledge, experience, and expertise.- Even from the beginning, I was amazed at how she responded earnestly to any question or demand I had for how things were to go in the sale of the house. I was consistently amazed at how she listened closely and gave me exact answers to each and every question. Sometimes, I had even forgotten what I had asked but she remembered and responded with the information I had wanted!- Kim helped me work through my questions about selling vs renting, selling now vs later, and helped me really come to an informed decision about when was the right time for me to sell. Because of Kim, this decision was made intentionally, clearly, and with a sense of confidence in what I was doing.- I wish I could find a Kim Earnhart in every area in which I've ever needed professional assistance- doctors, lawyers, bankers, etc. She really is that good.

Kim is fantastic and the best realtor I've ever worked with. She has an amazing personality and her energy is contagious. Her knowledge of the Scottsdale/Phoenix area is fantastic - she knows the ins and outs of every neighborhood/school/restaurants and shopping. She is my 411 here. She found us our house in a day.
