Kimberly Simmons

I am proud to call myself a third generation Colorado native. After spending time traveling the country and abroad, I returned home to Colorado in 2001. My knowledge of Denver and love of the real estate process grew while working for Scout Real Estate Group founder, Andy Schiff, beginning in 2012. After working with Andy for over a year, and gaining invaluable experience, I earned my Realtors license in 2013. Since that time I have been personally involved with over 30 million dollars in real estate transactions. I feel that the boutique atmosphere, here at Scout, is a huge benefit for my clients and myself. It allows us, as a group, to work together and truly address clients’ needs and expectations during the entire real estate process. I truly believe what sets Scout apart as a brokerage is our team.
