As a first-time home buyer, I was really not sure what to expect about the buying process, but Larry Parra made it easy. Within two weeks of meeting him, I found a property that was perfect for me. A property that already had received an offer before the Open House was complete. I wasn't sure we had a chance, but Larry told me not to worry. We talked through our strategy and he spent that night working up a winning offer he submitted the next morning. Larry sold a home for us a few years back in 2009. Although we did not close the week we wanted to we still got the sales price we wanted. He was always available to talk on the phone and always kept us updated. We are currently buying another home with him and believe he is a power agent at this point. Keep up the good work Larry !

I just started searching for condominium in the Bonita and Chula Vista area after waiting on the sidelines for about 2 years. Larry has been a good and responsive agent as of now. I was working with another real estate agent before him but I was not getting the same responsive service and was getting pushed on every single property i viewed. I had to tell the lady i was working with that I was going to look for another agent I felt comfortable with. Larry has not pushed me on a single home and has given me my space. I also like the fact that he sends text messages asking if i can talk and does not bother me while at work like the other lady was doing.
