I don't write a lot of recommendations because I believe that someone has to truly earn the value of one's word through providing excellent service and integrity. Many ask for this on the back end without giving the results on the front end. Lauren, however, set a new precedent for me with Realtors. From the very beginning she set the tone for the type of service that would be provided in what is normally a very stressful and emotional transaction. I am used to people starting out very strong with their services and expertise only to fade away as the process goes along and your are committed to them. Again, Lauren seemed to only get stronger and more excited, eager to help us through the bumps before we could even think about asking for help. You can't imagine the feeling of knowing, not hoping, that your Realtor is putting you first and making sure you are taken care of. There were many times throughout the process that my wife and I wondered how we could negotiate, contract, appraise, get a loan, inspections, renegotiate, etc, etc in less than a month, but I can tell you it was seamless. There are many real estate agents out there, none have come close to comparing to our experience with Lauren. Lauren was outstanding from the beginning of our home search through post-closing. My claim was accepted and we had a brand new 50 gallon water heater waiting on us when we moved in at a fraction of the cost it wouldve cost otherwise. This is only one example of how Laurens knowledge and experience led to the best outcome for her client. I could go on and on, but the bottom line is that she was simply the best agent for us. I recommend Lauren without qualification.

The situation could have been very stressful because, not only was it our first time buying a home, but we were also living in Boston at the time and had only one weekend available to make a trip down to look at properties in person. Lauren was both outstanding at communicating with us whenever we had a question, and also extremely knowledgeable and thoughtful about the listings we should prioritize that fit our criteria. Most importantly, Lauren went way above and beyond for us and was a pleasure to work with. She went as far as to visit houses in person on our behalf when we weren't able to, and arranged an entire weekend of house hunting during our only available trip down where she had an itinerary planned down to 15 minute intervals (it was really impressive).
