Love this girl. She is totally on her game!

Leslee was great with the whole process. She worked with my wife and I very close on staging and repairs that would bring “the most bang for the buck”. The day the house was listed she had multiple showings and offers. We signed a contract less than 12 hours after going on the MLS for more than we were asking. I believe that the fact that she took time to Pre-market the house to her peers and getting their feedback was very instrumental in the quick sale. I was out of town through most of the process, showing up at closing to collect my proceeds, and she was able to give great references for people to make repairs and maintain the property while I was away.

I was really impressed on how fast our home sold. We had an offer within 24 hours.

Leslee from onset sought to learn our preferences and then worked to show and direct us to homes matching that criteria. She never pushed. She was overly patient. But most of all her kindness and knowledge was exceptional. We grew to love her like family.

She handles business in a very professional manner but makes you feel comfortable like a friend as well. Her knowledge of our Town (Canyon Lake) & Surrounding areas was a big plus! She has local relationships around the community that allowed her to get us answers on parks & recreational activities, seasonal activities, Chamber, Etc. Leslee is definitely a gem & we will continue to refer her out to our friends & family. Should we need future assistance, Leslee will be our go-to, hands down!
