Leslie and the entire Ignite Team went above and beyond in the sale of our home. Leslie has the ability to be all over CA and she was able to get our house prepped for sale, marketed, and sold within a week at a selling price that was well researched and exceeded our goals. I had seen several of Leslie's marketing videos before and I was able to be behind the scenes for the ones shot at my home and the amount of work her and the team put into them made our property shine and stick out in our target markets which were not just local. The marketing side of Ignite was awesome to watch and the final products from the house walkthrough, the 3D imaging, and all of the online marketing came out great.After Leslie had sold our home within four days of being on the market (and speed was a major factor in the sale to move into our next property), we were well into the escrow process when issues came up with the lender for our purchase and the deal was close to falling apart.
