We spoke with Linda and then met with her at our home. She spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. We were concerned with the whole COVID-19 it would be hard to sell and in a neighborhood with a similar homes would be tough to sell and for the price we needed to buy a house up North where our family is. Linda made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), like giving us staging tips, taking professional looking pictures and virtual walk through video, and a lot more. When we saw our listing we were blown away. Lindas hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. The second buyer that saw the property put in an offer. Our house went under contract 2 days after we put it on the market at 21,000 over the asking price. We accepted and Linda was incredibly friendly and helpful walked us through every step of the closing process. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience even with extensions of the closing date because we were informed the whole way through. I've recommended Linda Belikoff Real Estate to everyone I know. She is a true professional and a genuinely nice. I realize it won't always be this easy to sell your home, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better Realtor.

My husband recently passed away and I didn't just want to hire any real estate agent that would put the listing in the multiple and someone else would come along and sell it. I wanted a different kind of agent. I interviewed a few agents but they weren't what I was looking for. I contacted Linda Belikoff and I immediately took a liking to her. She had NO ATTITUDE, was up front in what she felt she could sell it for and I felt I could trust her to get the job done and get it done quickly. Well, she proved herself right away. The sign was put up immediately and the first weekend she herself brought me an offer that was higher then what the property was listed for. Her escrow company was excellent and I enjoyed working with Grant he was very efficient and took care of everything.
