After the death of a family member, I needed to sell this house. Having used Lisa and her team in the past, I did not hesitate to call her this time.Lisa provides the most exceptional service throughout the entire process of selling a home (as I have only retained her as a seller). She has a depth of knowledge that I have not seen when using any other agent. Lisa provides analysis of multiple options of how to sell the home (as is, with some selected repairs/improvements, or with a more major remodel). She has an extremely competent team for doing the work. In fact, after getting a quote from her painter, we showed the quote to a painting contractor who said they could not touch the price and told us we should go with Lisa's person. We did, and the work was exceptional and completed on schedule.Lisa and her team handled the inspections, repairs, and a few improvements. It was really wonderful to have her do this.
