I new Marianne was going to be my realtor immediately. She is very professional and personable. She answered any and all of my questions, gave me good feedback on my house, guided me through the process every step of the way, didn't ask me to do stuff that was not necessary like excessive staging, and got me top dollar for my house. The open house had a great turn out and sold to an offer that was made on that day. The closing was simple and fast. She and her team were wonderful and available when I had a question. I highly recommend Marianne and her team.

Marianne is definitely a trooper! She ran all over this city trying to find us the perfect house. Before we moved here from Las Vegas we spent a solid five or so days here in Denver searching for a home. We made three offers on homes but weren't able to nail one down before we had to go back home. The market was insanely hot for sellers and very competitive for buyers. Marianne did such an excellent and expedient job in completing all paperwork and setting up the showings process for my home to go on the market. She worked very hard on getting a precise sewer scope via multiple companies, in order for the buyers to feel confident in purchasing the home.
