The Gellman Team has been so wonderful throughout the house buying process. My fiance and I have some pretty unique needs, including wheelchair accessibility (a quality that is not very easy to find without having to make some alterations), and I could not believe it when they actually found a house that perfectly checked all of our boxes! And they were able to find it very quickly after our initial phone call, saving us from the long and arduous process that I was warned house buying would be. We met The Gellman Team at an open house they were hosting after we almost took a break from purchasing our first home. Cannot recommend The Gellman Team more! They always responded to our texts and calls right away and was always available to show us houses same day (which is a must in this crazy market). Not only was their availability great, they knew exactly what we needed to do/not do to have a fighting chance when submitting an offer in a multiple offer situation. Because of their guidance and expertise, our offer was accepted by the sellers in an 8 offer situation! During our house tours, The Gellman Team was excellent at pointing out issues that my husband and I would never have noticed, and they steered us away from some homes with things that could have potentially been big issues down the road.
