This was my 2nd time using Mary, but this time as my Buyer Broker. 1st time I used Mary, sold my house when others couldn't & I've raved about that experience and been telling everybody that wants to sell their house, not just list or show it indefinitely, to use Mary. She does one thing, ... sells your house for the what it's worth and works for you relentlessly. Just read my review on that experience. This time, well ... I'm not sure how to express this, but it was even better than last experience & from my perspective it was not possible to beat her 1st performance. Why was this experience so good? Mary herself, even during a personal crisis of major proportion in her life, never ever took the eye off the ball!! Seriously! Mary put my transaction above her own self. I'm not exaggerating either. I can't disclose the issue to protect privacy, but if you ask Mary, she may tell you the facts. From where I was sitting, I wanted to buy a house. Mary had me in the house I desired that day and had the deal secured for me the next day! All I had to do was tell her what I wanted, she had me looking at the house quite literally faster than I was prepared, then had my Offer & Acceptance under agreement within 24 hours using all of the tools in her arsenal. Personal telephone calls explaining status and options, financing strategies to optimize my offer, electronic documents to execute the deal that were mobile phone friendly, and texts or e-mails through the night that were not computer generated, but personally written by Mary herself. The "thru the night" part is amazing enough, but knowing the circumstances ... it would make you cry and realize there is literally no other realtor in her league. Then, there is her team. Laurie & Svetlana are commensurate professionals that worked seamlessly with Mary to my house purchase moving to an offer that the buyer couldn't refuse because it was so well crafted, considered, and presented on my behalf. Other agencies use lock boxes and have other disinterested agents covering for your realtor when they are out doing something not related to you or your purchase. Not Mary's team. They are one and make sure you feel like you are all that matters to them. So, I've sold and bought using Mary Foley.
