Calm, Patient, intelligent and very savvy about the process, kept me posted about the ongoing negotiations. Did a thorough job and made sure he was there at all times till the end of the deal. I sold and bought my house with his assistance. Basically, he knows what he is doing which is the key thing in this market and industry.

Moving from New Jersey to Georgia was extremely stressful but Matt was always there to help us. He would send us houses to look at and actually drive to a house we had interest in to see if it was something worth moving forward with. We would periodically fly down to look at potential houses and Matt always made himself available.
