Helped me buy and sell. Too many good things to list. Favorite qualities honest, straightforward, ability to make a complex and stressful process simple, and fun. Also his use of technology to streamline the process. no meeting to sign paperwork at odd hours, everything through email, phone/text and e-signature. Being a first-time home-buyer, there was a lot that I didnt know. Matt Mauro made the process easier than I could have imagined. What was most helpful for me, was Matts honesty and overall physical/structural knowledge. He helped to point out both the good and the bad, and was very straight-forward. The buying process was VERY smooth and easy, and I feel like Matt did more than his fair-share in making the purchase happen.
