I recently bought a house, and Matt was our agent. I wasn't referred to him by anyone. We liked a house, and submitted a random inquiry through a web site. Matt was the first responder. Though he was super prompt and professional, at first we had no idea how fortunate we were to end up having him represent us. Our closing wasn't easy. Matt is someone who gets it done, and finds a way. He was an expert negotiator, and was a great coach to us in the process. He's a straight-shooter, and he knows the market inside-out. I recommend Matt without reservation. If I ever buy or sell again, I will go directly to him. I have worked with other agents in the past, and Matt is hands-down the most competent deal closer I've worked with. Oh and he's pretty cool too - extra bonus

The whole process was smooth and easy to navigate. He was quick to respond to any questions I had about the process. I was a first time home buyer and we managed to find a great home in only 4 days. We are currently searching for homes in the Highlands Ranch area. We found Matt on Trulia, after searching for homes in our desired neighborhood.
