Were very happy with our real estate agent Matthew Ma. He helped us with the sale of our investment property. He explained in detail the real estate sales process, went through all paperwork thoroughly, analyzed market trends in suggesting sales price, took care of cleaning, photography, and staging the property, and helped us review the option of doing 1031 exchange and loan. He recommended us to talk to our CPA and 1031 exchange lawyer before making final decisions in fund allocation after sales. He is very patient and wanted us to be comfortable with all our decisions. We certainly will continue using him again as our realtor for our future real estate transactions.

Matthew has been a great agent. He recently helped us complete a 1031 exchange within the tight timeframe required for this kind of property purchase. Even after we bought the house, he still followed up with us every so often to make sure we were able to rent out each of the units. Matt just helped us purchased our first home! He is not just an agent, but an amazing real estate professional. Matthew is great. He helped us with a 1031 exchange. He follows up with every detail while we were selling our house, even with things that we did not realize we had to do. He made the process very smooth and seamless. All the paperwork was taken care of by Matthew. All we had to do was sign after his thorough explanations. I normally dont write reviewsActually this is the first YELP review since many years ago. Matt helped us refi two very very very complicated loans with a genuine heart and no hesitation. Great work on his end and I would recommend him to others out there, especially if you have a complicated one like mine. Quick to response and helpful in every aspect. This guy is as good as it gets. Matt worked with us diligently and quickly and provided extraordinary service with great results. We were able to secure an incredible locked refi rate with no fees outside of the appraisal fee. Many of the fliers and junk-mail we got promised the same thing, but the fees were still there just built into the loan, which ultimately we would have to pay for. Matt was transparent and efficient so we knew exactly what we were getting and what we were paying.

I was very impressed by Matthews knowledge of the San Francisco area housing market. As a first time home buyer, he was very responsive and genuine to my many questions and works within the parameters you give him.
