He helped me to find not one, but TWO properties one of which has turned out to be -- my dream home, of which he had found for me. Michael was referred to me by a colleague three years ago, whom he helped to buy a house in Studio City, and ended up helping two others at our office AND then one of my dear girlfriends, who just got engaged and found a gorgeous property in Century City. Michael will fight for you, strategize and negotiate based on market trends. He understands economics, educates his clients before entering the market (A MUST), prepares you for the long haul -- and knows when to take risks, and when to play it safe -- that makes him a winning realtor in my eyes. I had no idea how to even start looking for a realtor in LA, even after having lived here 3 years. It was a monstrous concept, and not something I wanted to do alone. But I really didn't want to rent any longer. Well, one day I just happened to ask a coworker who they'd worked with to find their new home, and that's how I was referred to Michael. After a funny hiccup in communications, we set up a meeting and the rest is history. It was an incredible ride from start to finish. Michael has this 'class' that you just HAVE to take to believe. He sits down with you and explains the entire process in layman's terms so even the hardest concepts are understandable. From your safety nets to the Rubix Cube, Michael knows how to break through the legalese and lay it all out for you. No question is too much, the 'class' will open your eyes. My personal experience felt kind of like I cheated the system. After the 'class' Michael and I seemed to be on the same page more often than not. Many of the condos that caught his attention caught mine as well, and the two of us never butt heads on where to look. We ended up only visiting two choices in the end, and the second, a condo in Burbank, is the one that I could just see myself in from the moment we got inside. And that was that. The thing about Michael is if he's in your corner, you know you'll be taken care of. There wasn't a single step of the process that I felt uninformed on, or held up on. If something weren't up to snuff, Michael was on it in a heartbeat and everything was smoothed over soon enough. This is one realtor who you can be assured will always keep you at the head of the pack. It will hopefully be years before I need to look for a new home, but when it comes to that time again, I will without a doubt, be knocking on Michael's door again. Best of luck to you!
