Where to begin? I have so many great things to say about Michael and Aaron that I could write forever. They helped us buy our first home in San Francisco, and we will forever be grateful! When we found our dream home, they quickly sprung into action, helping us quickly prepare an offer and take all of the other necessary steps over the course of just a few days. They helped position us to get our very first offer accepted, and made the entire process easy, fun, and minimally stressful. I still can't believe how well everything worked out, and Aaron and Michael are entirely to thank. Their in-depth knowledge of the market, plus their ability to "size up" the situation and quickly ascertain exactly what was going on, allowed us to win even though we were not the highest bidders!If you are looking for realtors who are extremely responsive, data-driven, fun, kind, intelligent, savvy, and well-connected, then these are your guys!

My wife and I are native San Franciscans and stubbornly wanted to stay in the City to find our first house. We'd talked with several realtors before we met Michael and Aaron and as we walked out of our first meeting, we both looked at each other and said, "Yeah, we're working with them." The Bellings Brothers are extremely professional without being stuffy. We both had a lot of, what seemed to us, very stupid questions, but Aaron and Michael never made us feel dumb and always answered them quickly and simply. They also did a great job of really understanding our budget and what we were looking for in our first home so that most, if not all, of the recommendations they sent us were spot on. They were always willing to meet us at a house and do walks throughs, as well as send us off-market listings that they thought we'd be interested in (we usually were). Many people talk about the nightmare of endless open houses that buying a house can be, but to be honest, we never felt that. If and when we do decide to sell our house, we'll absolutely be working with them again. Cannot recommend them enough!

Aaron and Michael, SF natives themselves, exude professionalism, but leave pretension at the door. We were new to the home buying process and they led us through each step of the way, all the way past closing. They never balked at our budget and gave us hope that a single family home that fits our needs, within our budget, was possible!
