Mike was originally referred to me by a friend when i was selling my condo in North Park about seven years ago. I contracted with him as my listing agent and all worked out great. I most recently had him list my condo in Hillctest earlier this year (2012) and it sold pretty quickly and for a good price. We also closed in only seven days! I was a first time home buyer, and new to San Diego, so it initially seemed a daunting process. I met a couple of realtors who seemed interested only in selling me any property in any neighborhood, regardless of whether that property was right for me. Mike has been our realtor for 7 years now. He first helped us sell our town home back in 2006 before the market crash. 7 other town homes were for sale for months in our complex. Mike is not out to make the most money, he is truly trying to look out for the best interest of his clients. Honesty and integrity like that is hard to come by these days. I reccomend Mike to anyone and everyone. He recently helped my family sell my grandma's home and it ended up only staying on the market for a few days! Mike helped (I strongly use the word helped) me purchase one home and sell two homes. I don't know what I would have done without him.
