Michael Humphries was my realtor when I bought a duplex in Cooper City for rental property. The sale was a short sale and Michael's knowledge and expertise helped a lot with the sale. I always could get a hold of him when I had questions and that is so important to me. He always kept me informed with what was going on and what the next steps would be. Our mother passed away and my brother , sister and I had the emotional task of selling her home, which was our family home. Mike is like our family realtor, he was my realtor when I bought my rental property, and he was my son and daughter-in-law's realtor when they bought their first home. We all love working with Mike, because of his professionalism, knowledge and expertise. With my our mom's house he worked hard to make sure we had the best deal possible and looked out for us like the previous experiences we had with him. Mike is very knowledgeable about the Grand Palms community. I know he helped sell the houses in my community when they were first built. With that and his years of experience in the Real Estate business I knew he would get my house sold. He also went above and beyond when it came to my animals. My work hours are different each week and changing everyday so it was really hard for me to be there to manage my dogs. I did not want them to bother potential buyers nor did I want them to get out. I really hate to sound so enthusiastic, as compliments from me must be especially well earned. In the case of Michael Humphries I have no hesitation in giving him my very best ratings. There is but one word that has continually entered my mind when thinking of Mike, and that word is "bulldog". Mike is a total professional who simply doesn't give up. I had interviewed over 20 realtors and to be honest there were only two that I would even consider. Mike was the winner. He endured my endless questions and concerns. He answered honestly, thoroughly and competently. He was calm, professional and allowed me all the time I needed to consider his services. I realized that to sell a home for top dollar requires as great deal of preparation, improvements and staging. Mike guided me through all of this. While all the other realtors suggested what proved to be a low asking price, Mike insisted that with proper presentation my home was worth over $20,000 more. He was right.
