Mike Moger

Mike Moger has been listing and selling real estate for thirty-three years, the last twenty-six along the Front Range region of Colorado. Specializing in residential homes and investments, he has represented sellers and buyers of real estate in all price ranges, mostly in the eastern half of the state from Colorado Springs to Fort Collins and into the mountains. Mike has also listed and sold commercial, investment and development real estate. He has sold and leased multiple unit residential property, as well as Bed and Breakfast and accommodations properties, restaurants, retail outlets, office buildings, research and development properties, warehouses, and land for development. In development, he has successfully represented builders and developers in the marketing of finished residential communities and individual home sales. Mike has been named the Top Producing Agent for calendar year production five times in the offices in which he has worked.
