Minerva and her team where excellent from start to finish. I made an extensive realtor research on whom to gave the listing of my home as how much was the price to ask for it (because I am a realtor too - but It's not my primary businnes) I choose her and was no disapointed. She and her team make a lot of effort on marketing, bringing interior designer, make open house, make letters to neighbors etc etc. What else can I say? She sold my house in less than 60 days period. And she is a great person too. 100% recomended.

Minerva is a great agent. She asked what I was looking for, only sent me places within those guidelines, then on the weekends took me around to look at the houses I wanted to look at. I didn't feel rushed, she offered a lot of insight into the buying experience....and the best part was she treated me to lunch!
