In July we traveled from out of state to sell my parents home. We were blessed to work with Anne and Nadia. It had been years since we had bought or sold a home, and coming from a different state we werent familiar with the details for selling the house. Anne sat down with us and thoroughly explained what to expect, timeline, and offered suggestions for making improvements such as a little painting and gardening. Shes knowledgeable, personable, and very generous with her time. Anne kept us informed of potential buyers, worked very hard and sold the home in a short time frame and for a little higher than the asking price. At the end of the sale, Anne sent pictures of the garden. My mother loved her garden and we cherish those pictures! I cant express enough how much that meant to all of us.

I bought my first home with Nadia as my agent. I loved working with Nadia for several reasons. Not only is she very knowledgeable about the real estate market, but she also has such a positive outlook and is so innovative that she makes looking at properties a joy! One of the things I really like about Nadia is her door is always open she answered all my questions, always made sure the entire process was understandable and easy. We met Anne at an open house and she was so helpful right from the get go. We came down from Orange County a number of times to look at houses with her so she always had at least 5-6 lined up to make best use of our time. I had 3 different types of property to sell, a house, condo and an apartment building. Thankfully Nadia was referred to me.
