Nancy was very patient with my family as we looked for a home for months. We went on countless visits and she tirelessly helped us find our home.
YesterdayWe were so fortunate to have Nancy King as our realtor. From the first meeting we had with her, we knew she would sell our home for us. Nancy is very professional, polished but very fun to work with. We could always count on her to show up when we had an appointment with her. She manages her time very well and would let us know when we could expect her right down to the minute. She provided great feedback about the little things we could do to allow our home to show well. Nancy along with her stager, did a great job staging our home. She made sure that I was comfortable with the final outcome of our home looking after it was staged. Nancy also did a wonderful job with the pictures and also had a virtual reality tour of our home available on-line for potential out-of-town buyers. Nancy always provided us with instant feedback when our home had a showing. I never had to follow-up with her and she provided both positive and negative feedback that she received from the buyer's realtor. Very enjoyable to work with and a very classy lady! We were very pleased as our home was sold in five months.
