This was one long ride due to fact I was only willing to use Veterans VA Home Loan to purchase this house. It took over 4 months to close on the Dream home. Natalie was so professional and stood by my decisions every step of the way. It went from failing well to City waterline had to be put in, then VA needed railing and deck painted in 30 degree temps, 2 weeks before closing Foundation failed for tie downs improperly installed 12 years ago. Got the tie down issue resolved in a week. Let me tell you she was there for me and decisions we made together to make the closing happen for me. She is a great asset to have on your Team.
