He was a pleasure to work with. He was very personable. He was extremely diligent in taking care of all the requests made throughout the entire process. He still stays in touch even though it's been a year or so after the completion of the house buying process. I'd highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell or purchase a house.

I contracted Nathan to sell my house in Honeoye Falls. He spend hours getting just the right photographs to essentuate the features of the place and networked for weeks before we listed. Thanks to his hard work, the house sold the day before the open house for my asking price. He then found me a perfect house to downsize to within a week. Very professional, always returns calls. Although I have not bought anything from him yet he always treats me as if its the first call I have made to him. Over the Thanksgiving Holiday he brought us a pumpkin pie! It was great! Willing to go the extra mile and never makes you feel like your wasting his time.

Nathan is a very professional & honest guy. I contracted with him with two homes, 1 in Brighton & 1 in the city of Rochester. He was on top of everything during the process of both homes. The one in Brighton, sold in 3weeks & the closing went well also. The one in the city, sold to the first person that looked at it, & gave me 5000$ more than what I was asking. We closed within 45 days. The one thing I liked the most, out of many, that Nathan did for me is answer all my phone calls, or call me back within that hour, unless in a meeting or out of town. But I always got a response within that day. This was the reason why I hired Nathan, ..... because he does call back & he knows how to COMUICATE! My wife and I had an excellent experience with Nate. We were relocating, out of town buyers who were buying our first property, a very difficult combination. Nate was very flexible in working with our schedules and limited time to be physically present in the Rochester area. He guided us through the entire process of narrowing down what we really wanted in a house, focusing on good properties for us, touring those properties, negotiating a good price on the property we fell in love with and getting us through the closing process, all while we were mostly out of state. Now almost a year out of our buying experience, he continues to check in with us to make sure we are doing well. Couldn't have been happier with Nate.

We interviewed three experienced realtors when selling our 150 year old house. We chose Nate based on his approach to the house and methodical process for listing and marketing the house. His grasp on the technology was impressive and we figured he would simply make more contacts with prospective buyers. His coaching on prepping the house and timing for a price reduction was very helpful. Was easy to contact by a variety of means and kept us up to date on any action and prospects. The offer came in about five weeks at an amount less than asking but more than I initially thought we would get for the house. Would use him again for buy or sell but do not expect to own real property in New York in the future. Am chasing the sun and working at a new gig in the south.
