Neil Libin

I grew up in Canada and moved to San Diego in 1979 to attend SDSU, I graduated in 1984 with an MBA in marketing. My family was in the home furnishings industries for three generations and I opened our first location in California in 1989. I purchased Samson's Restaurant in 1993 and operated in La Jolla until 2000. I became a realtor in 2002 and have successfully been helping buyers and sellers for over 18 years. I am presently with Four Seasons Properties and have been specializing over the past 10 years working with investors buying, renovating and selling residential single family homes. I have also worked extensively with buyers looking to find a home and renovating before moving in. I am very skilled with all aspects of design and have a long history of working with interiors and home furnishings. I have my own staging furnishings and will provide at no cost for any listing. Married, father of 5 children, two amazing golden retrievers.
