Buying a new home is a big deal, even more so when you have a home to sell first. We were referred to Nick Deseno and MJN Realty through a friend. Nick helped us find the new home of our dreams (with some specific ‘wants’) in Poway and then sell the home we were in for 17 years. Nick and his team paid attention to the many details involved in buying and selling and were patient through the entire process. Nick will always have your best interest at heart will keep you from making any mis-steps through the process. You will love his calm temperament that will help you get through any stressful issues that might arise. Nick answered all of our questions and really kept us informed throughout the whole process, while being flexible on pricing. It was a beautiful day when we popped a bottle of champagne at closing.
