Nick made the difference in getting us in #1 position for a highly desirable property. We came into the property where the Seller was about ready to accept another offer. Nick was able to carefully introduce and make our offer noticed. Given the competitive nature of the bidding process, the Seller was able to leverage a very short, 7-day escrow, something that a competitive bidder had tabled. To keep in the game, we followed suit. Once our offer was accepted, Nick and Binesh Team kicked it into high gear. Nick covered all of our basis, particularly difficult since do not live in Southern California. I was very pleased to have met Nick during an open house. It's not my typical way of hiring someone to work with, but having recently moved to California, I was opened to try a new approach due to my small number of contacts. From the moment I met Nick, he was very professional, caring, and unlike many realtors, he didn't look at me with a dollar sign on my forehead. He was on top of things prior to me asking for them. As a first time home-buyer, having someone as knowledgeable and caring as Nick was definitely a weight off of my shoulders.
