Nicole is top-notch. As our listing agent, she moved fast with listing, repairs, and staging. She had a team of people she could call for about any problem or issue and she took care of everything (and quickly). We had our first open house 13 days after first talking with her. When receiving offers, she was confident and knowledgeable about strategy and negotiations. Most importantly, Nicole has a great personality that makes her very easy to work with. She was always available, responded quickly, proactively kept us informed, listened to our concerns, and gave us visibility about the risks/potential pay-offs of different decisions. In the end, our place sold rather quickly with multiple offers. We were very happy with the whole process, and we can't say enough good things about her.

I was very wary of real estate agents before I met Nicole. I put them all in the same category as Greasy Hair Used Car Salesmen. They were late for appointments, and they don't spend the time to listen to what you need and focus on the price range and showing properties. They couldn't give you a straight answer, and I swear, sometimes, I can see them flick out their forked tongue when they thought I wasn't looking. Sometimes, they had no clue about the actual property they were showing you. Nicole is a different breed of Realtor, and she takes the time to research the properties she shows you. She knows the areas, the demographics, all the bells and whistles that the property may offer or lacks. She listens to want and finds properties that you may be interested in, not just ones that are in your price range and the general vicinity you are looking for. She is very honest and transparent, so you know exactly where you are in the process. As a first time home buyer, she took extra care to explain the process to me and explain the hundreds of pages I was putting my name on (LOL). She is responsive and always calls back within a reasonable amount of time if you can't reach her on the first try. She also works very hard with our lender and the selling agent to get hit our closing date deadline. Our lender even called us and told us that Nicole was calling his office almost every day to see how our paperwork was progressing and making sure things got done! That is service! We are extremely satisfied with our purchase and Nicole continues to follow up to see how we're doing. We would not hesitate to recommend her to our friends and family, and we look forward to working with her again for our next real estate transaction.

HANDS DOWN the BEST Realtor around! Nicole has helped us sell our condo and our house. She is very organized and easy to talk to. She is friendly and upfront with everything. We love her professionalism, and her style of work. She had great connections with trusted vendors which makes it even easier to get our place fixed and ready to sell! Her trusted contractor Nick is just as awesome. He's not your typical contactor. He'll get the job done, fast and efficiently with no time to waste! She's also very considerate with your budget and will give you a rough breakdown of what should be fixed to get buyers interested. She is honest and keeps an open communication. We have already recommended her to family and have used her to purchase a home.. and loved her just as much! With that said, Nicole is our GO-TO realtor.
