- Nikki listed and sold my home
Nikki was patient and kind when dealing with my endless questions. She sold our home in 2 days, and helped us negotiate a beautiful new home before the seller's market went crazy. She was an absolute shark - in the kindest way possible - and never took 'no" for an answer!
- Nikki helped me buy a home
We found Nikki through a referral and we weren’t disappointed! She helped us buy in an awful buyers market when homes were being snatched left and right.
- Nikki listed, but didn't sell, my home
I found Nikki Tiani via word-of-mouth and I normally don't leave bad reviews but she is both unethical and unprofessional, and I feel a duty to warn others. During our interactions leading up to *almost* signing a contract for her to list my house, she made numerous racist statements about how she “knows how to deal with Black people,” and other strange racially charged comments. As a person of color, this was a huge red flag, but I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt, thinking she was well-intentioned, if misguided. However, that was before it became evident that she was also extremely manipulative and bad at her job. One of the first clues she was incompetent was her lack of attention to detail. The buyer's contract she gave me to sign was riddled with errors (everything from the address to the spelling of my first and last name). She also tried to convince me that she was “giving me a deal” by making her seller’s agent commission 3.5%, and telling me that she “normally charges 4%.” In fact, the industry norm is that the seller's agent and the buyer's agent split 6% of the total sales price. When I realized she was trying to take advantage of my naivety as a first time seller, I walked away. Please, do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere!

Nikki was a pleasure to work with. We were referred to her by a friend and were very pleased. She was professional and kind, and above all else helped us sell and buy in what was surely a horrible market. I will use her for all of my real estate business in the future.
