This guy is an Owner/Broker he has no business selling or marketing homes. He is out of Charlottesville and knows nothing about modern day marketing or selling rural properties. He has only personally sold 26 properties in 7 years. This is what an average Realtor sells in 1 year. Do your research before you use this old man to list your home especially if it is a specialty property. Check his listings before making a choice.
