In searching for a brokerage as a new agent I knew that there would be several items that would be paramount to my success as a licensed agent. 1) An experienced brokerage with knowledge in the following : High End Luxury Market, Property Management, Investments, REO, Standard sales , Probate Sales. There hasn't been a question that I've had that wasn't able to be answered. Knowing that I have a broker with such experience I fee there isn't a transaction I wouldn't be able to handle. 2) Approachability and Training: To piggy back on my first point at any given time I need assistance I could approach my broker or any of the seasoned agents with questions with out feeling intimidated or embarrassed. In addition one of the things I love best being at REH are the trainings they offer. Twice a week trainings are held. Trainings vary from having industry professionals speak i.e. Pest control, home warranty, title , 1031 qualified intermediary. All these trainings are devised in order to make better agents. Better agents become more competitive and provide better service to clients. (More business and who doesn't want more business) Other than the mentioned trainings there are trainings on prospecting, how to stay motivated and even having MIKE FERRY himself come speak with us. 3) Environment: When you're working along top producing agents you can't help but feeding off of their drive. A synergy is formed amongst us all which is what I was looking for in such a competitive industry. Overall REH had everything I was looking for I felt I needed to thrive. Something that should not be over looked are the decades of experience. Our broker has been through the real estate cycles. I feel that if your broker can be a success through the low points of the real estate industry you're in the RIGHT PLACE. I would recommend for anyone considering a move or begin to stop by to any one of our trainings Monday or Wednesday 1 pm-2 pm.

REH Real Estate was introduced to me about 4 years ago. From Day 1, I was welcomed with open arms. The office is full of energy and people are eager to help each other. Training is ongoing and not limited to sales, but also various types of transactions. The brokers have a strong network throughout the industry and different regions. Their knowledge is extensive and have made themselves available to assist in transactional questions. They spend time to share explanations so the agent is confident with the information provided. Jocelyn and the REH Escrow team delivered far above my expectations! They helped get my escrow closed 3 days early and even when we hit a few hurdles, they were able to come up with solutions to overcome the hurdles in a quick and efficient manner that enabled us to close escrow! I found Paul on the internet when I wanted to see the inside of a home. He responded within minutes and showed up with his wife & kids in the car. I wasn't sure if that was for show, but after that, I immedielty felt at ease with him. He helped us buy our first condo!

Our original agent had the listing for 6 months and while it did generate a considerable amount of interest, we never got any offers. Paul was the second agent we hired. One of the first things he did was recommend a strategy to bring some of the less appealing fetaures front and center rather than conceal them like the last agent did. Our home is 100 feet away from a freeway entrance and on a very busy street. I wasn't sure about his strategy, but he was confident it would work, so we gave it a shot. The home sold 2 months later.

We interviewed Paul and 3 other local agents. Paul was the first agent we interviewed. We were transparant about the process and shared with all agents whom we were interviewing to sell our home in Pasadena. Paul & one other agent had nothing but nice things to say about their peers they were competing against. That alone helped us narrow down our search to Paul and one other agent. Both agents shared a very similar skill set, but something about Paul's demeanor made us feel very comfortable. He is very easy to work with, and responded to all our calls, texts, & emails within minutes during normal business hours. Our home sold for just over $2 million. Wish we could have used his services in the state we relocated to. He's great.

In the span of 3 years, our family & extended family, purchased 3 different homes using Paul's services. All 3 homes are next door to one another and were owned by 3 different sellers. This meant that Paul had to negotiate with 3 different sellers, 3 different times, and was still able to make it work for us. Now our children have two sets of grandparents who live right next door to them! We owe it all to Paul.

I was the heir to a property in Bungalow Heaven that needed a lot of work. I had no idea what Probate was or how to start it. Paul referred me to a good Probate attorney and I was able to get authority to sell it. Paul put it up for sale. It opened escrow and then shortly cancelled. Paul sold it again. He is an excellent agent and very patient.

Paul is very intelligent, very skillful with people, and a very hard and disciplined worker. We met him responding to a listing on line and he impressed from the first encounter by returning our call within ten minutes. This is particularly impressive when you realize he is the founder and CEO of a large and successful real estate firm on the East Side of LA, specifically focusing on Pasadena and environs, Echo Park and Silver Lake . From that first encounter through the offer and completed sale. This sale could not have been more complex due to numerous legal issues that came with this formerly distressed property. Paul helped us sell our home in Eagle Rock this summer and we have nothing but good things to say about him. We spoke with Paul and then met with him at our home. Paul was really great to work with, he knew the average prices of the homes in the area, knew when would be the best time to sell our home so that we could fully maximized the equity on the home and always had our best interest above everything else. Paul had a very difficult task in selling my home. Number one: I'm out of state, but that was not a problem for Paul he handled it very well by staying in touch with emails and phone calls. Number two: Paul had to take over managing my tenants and gently but firmly getting them to leave so we could fix up the house. Number three: Paul coordinated all repairs that were needed and negotiated good deals on all tasks. Number three: he marketed the house well and got me a good buyer. Number four: he managed the cleanup after some fool flooded the den! Number five: his team pushed ahead and got everything taken care of including getting me some funds to pay for the repairs we had done. Number six: the best part he sealed the deal and now I have some dollars in my bank account!
