We are writing to express our pleasure with real estate agent Paul Walden, who represented us in our recent purchase of our first home. Paul is professional, extremely knowledgeable of the Denver market and assisted us in the VA loan process. From day one, Paul listened to our needs, gave us realistic expectations and pointed us in the right direction. We were able to buy a beautiful home that we loved under budget and in our preferred area. Paul went out of his way to answer all our questions as a first time home buyer no matter the time of day. At the time of closing the seller's agent even stated" It was great working with someone that knows what they are doing!" In this market with a VA loan, some things are stacked against us, but he ensured us we will be in a house will be proud to be called our HOME!

I was very skeptical. When I advised Paul of my prior experience he assured me that he would take care of everything. He did just that my home was active for 6 days when I received an offer. He handled everything from the beginning to the end and put my best interest above everything else. Would gladly work with him again if I ever make it back to Colorado
