He is not only a knowledgeable and experienced agent, but also a kind and compassionate person who truly cares about the people he works with. Phil worked quickly and efficiently to get my house sold, always maintaining the utmost integrity and professionalism. I was on a very strict timeline to close the sale as I was coordinating with other events that were taking place in my life, and Phil did not disappoint. He did everything in his power to make sure it all fell into place. I was treated with the utmost respect by both Phil and his staff, who were in constant contact with me throughout the entire process. I truly cannot say enough good things about my experience, and I would highly recommend Phil to anyone who is looking to buy or sell in this community.

05/07/2015Phil Todd is an extremely competent and ethical realtor who constantly is looking out for his clients and works to get you the best deal, both selling and assisting in purchasing homes and property. Our first experience with Phil was at the beginning of the Great Recession. We were purchasing a new home in the post phase of the builders construction. The builder was jacking up the price of the home and lowering the interest rate on people who went with their Lender; this caused the home appraised value to be artificially inflated. Phil was onto the builder's game and was able to lower our purchase price by almost seventy thousand dollars. Needless to say he gained a client for life we eventually wanted to sell this home and purchase a ranch in Amador County. Phil expertly navigated all the pitfalls with the sale and purchase of our dream home. Phil time and again kept everything on track with, often by thinking outside the box thinking. I see a lot of posts about doing yourself and I understand it but I have bought and sold 4 houses and found having an agent invaluable. They do a lot of work for you and yes, they make a 4% or 5% commission but to me, it has been worth it. A good agent that knows the area probably has a list of people looking to buy in the area and lots of contacts to make the process easier on the sellers. Having used Phil Todd, I honestly do not believe I would have gotten the great deal when buying and top dollar when I was selling without his help. But again, that is just my opinion and I am sure there are many good agents in the area. I suggest you interview a couple to get a feel of who you bond with and is in the same page as you.
