Queens Home Team was recommended to us from a friend and we've never been so happy about a recommendation! Abigail and George as well as the rest of the supporting team were professional but more importantly made a very complex and fearful process very clean and easy to manage. Saying they're responsive is really not enough; this team comes in with all guns blazing, throughout the process and they clearly know what they are doing, from price research, to staging your open house to helping you accept the best offer. I appreciated that they are very technology driven and while you don't have to you use it, I can tell their utilization of various applications and real estate systems really do help you understand and have more transparency to the process. You want this team selling your home... period. I will absolutely be recommending them to anyone I know.

Buying/selling a home is very stressful. My new wife and I wanted to purchase a new home before we got married (add more stress).. with luck on our side we came across Abigail and her husband George from searching for homes in the Queens area. This was the most worry-less, trouble-less and pleasant experience in selling property as it could be. Starting with our first meeting and getting an advice about presenting my property. Professional photo-shooting, video-tour and posting made it presentable and attractive, so we got 3 offers within first two weeks. I had no interaction with buyers as agents dealt with them at my behalf, showing my property in my absence and updating me regularly on the progress. They arranged for 2 open houses and worked as one team.We had a total of 7 offers, one of which went to contact in less than 30 days. Out of 2 equal offers I chose a buyer with better financials who was an investor and backed down at the last minute. This extended property market time because its showing was stopped for 2 weeks. Eventually, it went to a contract for the price higher than the listed one, as buyers were competing to have it. Go with George, Abigail and Chris and your success is guaranteed.

How likely are you to recommend Queens Home Team?highly likelyWhen discussing the sale of our co-op, I have to refrain from mimicking the actions of my 4 year old daughter as she walked into Disney World for the first time, last summer. Jumping up and down and giggling with so much electrifying enthusiasm, I thought she would sprout wings and fly away. As silly of a comparison as it may seem, I can assure, you it is an accurate one. My husband and I were trying to sell our co-op for quite some time and although we had multiple offers, the deal somehow always managed to go sour somewhere along the way. We decided to source out a new group to manage our sale. We interviewed quite a few people that seemed very capable but when we met Abigail and George we knew right away we had stumbled upon two people that redefined professionalism. They were the most thorough, pro-active and positive people we have ever had the pleasure of working with; they exceeded our expectations on every level. Me and my friend worked with Chris Tomeo to find a mult-family unit in queens to purchase together. We couldn't have been happier with how the process went. Abigail is an excellent realtor. She is professional, polished, an excellent listener and a great negotiator. My husband and I worked with Abigail to purchase our first co-op apartment in Queens. Our process was extremely delayed due to complications with the management company. Throughout the entire time (months) Abigail, followed up with us at least twice a week, to touch base, provide any updates and make sure we still felt good about proceeding with the purchase. She is really top notch and we will use her again when we are ready to sell and buy our next home. Working with Abigail was the best decision we made.

I contracted with Abigail and her husband George of the Queens Home Team in summer of 2017 to help me sell my grandmother's coop in Jamaica Estates after her passing. When I first met them in March 2017, I immediately liked them and knew I was going to call them back once the apartment was renovated and ready to list. They were super responsive, warm, friendly and overall, extremely pleasant to work with. During our first meeting, they came prepared with data and information about the local market and what to expect when selling a coop in NYC, which is a very different (and much longer) process than selling a private home. Their entire team kept me informed throughout the entire phase of the sale. When my family realized that it was time for my uncle to move from his home in Queens, my uncle granted me Power of Attorney (POA) to handle the sale of his house. I live in Virginia so I started by searching the web for the top realtors in the area and began a dialogue with six (6) realtors to consider. After contacting all (6), I narrowed down my choice to (2) based on the communications and genuine interest in understanding my circumstances. Before the home could be listed for sale, a tenant eviction issue had to be resolved. The eviction process took months but throughout that time Abigail maintained contact and offered to help with issues that may arise. Abigail made me aware of available resources to help with repairs and clean out if required. George kept me appraised of the market activity and sales in the neighborhood. Communication continued for months during the eviction process. I was never pressured to sign an agreement. As the eviction process came to a close it was time to proceed with listing the house. Based on the open dialogue, I decided to meet with Abigail to discuss the potential of listing the house. Abigail suggested that we meet at the house to discuss a way forward. To my surprise and delight, Abigail Herrera, George Herrera, and Chris Tomeo, who became the listing agent, all came to the house.
