How time flies by...My wife and I bought our home 20 years years ago and loved everyday there. It was an emotional day when we became empty nesters and decided it was time to downsize and move on to the next chapter of our lives.We first met with Randy Zimnoch at Realty National to strategize our sale. He brought on Priscylla Connelly as our agent. We were so happy to have both of them in our corner. We had some work to do to spruce up the house to get it ready to sell and we were worried that by the time we hit the MLS we were going to miss the housing rush. Randy and Priscylla were confident in their marketing strategies and ensured us that we could still get top dollar for our home.We had a price in mind that we were comfortable with to sell our home. Randy and Priscylla encouraged us to up our sales price by $15K, which we did. There were three other homes in our neighbor all for sale before we hit the MLS and two of them were the identical floor plan that we were selling. Both home were more updated on the inside, but we had a nicer backyard going for us. My wife and I started to panic as we saw one house get pulled from the listings and the other house price drop lower than we were asking for our place. Both Randy and Priscylla asked us to trust them and they kept the price where it was and held an Open House.Five day after the Open House we accepted an offer $6K over asking price and $21K over what we wanted for the house! All three of the other houses on the block are still listed for sale. Having trust in who you work with is a must and even when we doubted the process, Randy and Priscylla never wavered and kept us focused on their marketing techniques and their confidence to get top dollar for our house.I have 21 thousand reasons to recommend Realty National and their team of experts for your housing needs, but in reality the only reasons that matter to you is that they are honest, hard-working agents with integrity. I hired Randy and his team to help me with the remodel and sale of a property I owned for more than 4 years. Not only did Randy work with me on the design, which he didn't have to do, he recommended several potential contractors to me. Randy was a massive help in our purchasing our new home. He was a great communicator and helped us analyze the purchase price point that would be ideal for the amount of rehab the property needed. He also broke down in simple terms for us, the more complicated aspects of the negotiation process and made us feel very comfortable when navigating issues and delays, due to property being tied up in probate court. He was a massive value add, and we were very happy to have him be apart of our team for this purchase. At the end of the day we were able to acquire an amazing property below the appraisal report value, largely in part to Randys guidance.

Randy does a great job in reaching out to help real estate investors in myriad ways. We had a property on the market for a long time that was only generating low ball offers. Our carrying costs were draining us. Our listing agent at the time was doing a good job but we decided we needed a different approach to get the property sold. In a few weeks Randy's team had generated several offers, one of which we accepted which provided substantial financial relief. Randy's has done many comps for us as a check against the comps that agents were providing. He has personally come to a home that we now have under contract to validate the rehab and value that we thought we could bring to the property. He got nothing out of this other than our gratitude for lending his experience and real estate acumen to help solidify our decision to go through with the deal.
