Ravi Dewan

Ravi Dewan is the selling agent for a property in our neighborhood. We had a situation requiring common neighborly courtesy, so we contacted her. She demonstrated an uncaring regard to our request- that she turn a light off in the property that was casting a bright spotlight of intense light directly in our bedroom all night, every night. She was rude and insensitive, saying she had no recourse but to keep the light on for security purposes. One interior light? You'd think a property such as this, selling at 800 k for a townhouse sharing a lot with two others, would afford a better security system. I asked her to speak to the builder who mandated this procedure, and verify that she had done so. She then hung up on me, so I contacted her supervisor and he immediately came over and turned off the problem light. Needless to say, I would not trust her to care about her clients, as her priorities seem to lie in making a profit. I will, however, thank her lead broker, who understood the value of community, which obviously she does not. Wrong move in this Central District neighborhood that values community above all.
